Covestment Test

Guiding Principles of Covestment Test:

For this written test, it’ll be an open book/open phone/open laptop test, however, you cannot have any discussion with other potential candidates or other covestors that are not in the room (based on trust, don’t break it). However, you are allowed to seek council of a current covestor to clarify on the Covestment Contract.
Honest reasoning is highly encouraged when rationalizing written answers in the test.
You understand some of the questions below are to ensure that we find alignment in being a partner in this organization & being dishonest partner will not be a Win-Win situation for all parties in Move.
This test will take roughly 60-90 minutes to complete, please find a place away from any distraction to complete this test.

If every month, the branch that you covested achieves an average of “Target 1” for 1st one year since operations. How much of an estimated ROI (excluding interest/interest premiums) can the shareholder expect? *

If the branch/collective that you covested achieves an average of “Target 3” for 2nd year since operations. How much of an estimated ROI (excluding interest/interest premiums) can the shareholder expect? *

In your own words, explain what does Synthetic Shares means and what are it's implications *

The branch/collective is losing money for the pass few months and RM60,000 is left in the contingency fund. The other covestors are trying to talk you out of not continuing the business & started to talk bad about the organization & branch as a whole to the clients, trainers & other covestors. Before everyone even got to that point of making the decision to continue the branch or not, how would you react? *
